Welcome To Cedar Heights Estates!

Our neighborhood is located in south King County just north of Enchanted Village and Wild Waves. Our Homeowners Association was formed in 2001 and includes 39 lots. Most of our residents live along two cul-de-sacs. We have a large park that is owned by the HOA that is used by the residents for picnics, football games, and soccer games.

We are in the process of planning our “annual picnic” for this summer, probably around August. If you are able to help out, let us know!

Our HOA typically meets once per year. The annual meeting is in February and is typically held at the Federal Way Regional Library. Our Officers and Board of Directors are elected at the annual meeting.

Top 10 Reasons to have an HOA Website

1. Minimal cost to our Home Owners Association: A small start-up fee plus our annual cost for domain registration, hosting, security, maintenance and support fee of $275 per year.

2. Increases Our Property Value:
Studies show that HOA’s who have active websites which are dynamic and interactive have a tremendous added value to our properties.  Interactive is the key, this is a site that each of us can use to communicate our ideas and concerns.

3. Convenience & Simplicity - Availability of HOA Documents: All HOA documents are posted on the site including the CC&R’s.  No more searching in your files for the documents.
